A small company with a long story.

Tohmoco Oy is a Finnish business software company and the maker of Kelomo. The company builds clear systems for managing work, people and finances, and selectively delivers other business solutions.

Founder Jani Tohmo completed his first custom ERP for a client in 1993 and his first e-commerce site in 1998. His earlier company Aacon Oy built the Kellokortti time-tracking service, which grew to over 1,000 customer companies and 30,000 users before joining Lemonsoft in 2020. Aacon also built an ERP solution for Finnish garden and plant retail.

That experience is reflected directly in Kelomo. ERP systems, integrations, time tracking, collective-agreement interpretation and payroll preparation have all been done before — and along the way we learned what actually works in daily operations. Kelomo now extends that experience across the working day on a modern foundation.

Alongside Kelomo, Tohmoco develops Perhe.app, Taloma and Koiru. In these applications, the same care extends to naming, visual identity, usability and support. Every product is designed, built and maintained in-house.
